Claire House Children’s Hospice care for children 0 – 23 years with life threatening and or life limiting conditions and their families from Merseysdie, Cheshire, North Wales and the Isle of Man.  We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life, providing specialist respite, palliative, terminal and bereavement care. Each year we need £2.5million to keep the hospice open from donations as we don't receive any guaranteed government funding.
